Job Details

1. Segment the customer base, define customer categories and engagement strategyWork with the Analytics & technology teams. Create homogenous customer sets basis demographics, product types, vintage with bank, socio economic segments, behavior etcDefine the engagement strategy across customers types, covering approach, channels, communication types etc Define customer campaign methodology and calendar along with the Marketing team and external agencies if any2. Execute Engagement Strategies and Campaigns Define campaign expectations and benchmarksWork with the Analytics and campaign execution teams to administer campaigns across channels Measure and publish results3. Feedback and Course CorrectionRe-engineer approach to campaigns upon underachievement vis a vis benchmark Replicate best practices seen across successful campaignsB. Product & Portfolio Analytics 1. Portfolio Analytics Create a framework to analyze the product portfolioDefine key matrices and vectors for measurement Work with Business Intelligence teams to automateReview and analyze portfolio trends arising out of reports defined Work with other product, program and service units to ensure that relevant and eligible customers do not remain unmapped2. Product Analytics Review the product mix, distribution, concentration and other vectorsProvide direction to Product Managers on the behavior & performance of portfolio with insights towards course correction C. CRM adoptionWork with stakeholders (Technology, Product & Service) to propagate use of CRMKEY SKILLS10+ years of total experience, with some team management experience Experience in campaigns or analytics teams of large peer banksHas proven capabilities around definition of customer campaigns, their execution across multiple channels and their measurement Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert portfolio insights into management actionablesWorking knowledge of marketing activities, tools and campaigns Graduate + MBA preferred
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
