Description Be the face of the company while interacting with clients Attend to Rupeeks clients along with an operations team to provide Doorstep banking Ensure top notch customer satisfaction by exhibiting professional behaviour Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that the process is made seamless for the customer. Maximizing business mobilization through own contacts & establishing new contacts Generate leads from existing customers and also bringing into fold new customers Job Accountabilities and Tasks Contact customers who have applied for our services, understand their needs and upsell wherever applicable Lead a mobile operations team comprising of a Gold appraiser and security personnel Help customers overcome any and all apprehensions by treating them professionally Ensure customer satisfaction providing information, answering questions, and resolving queries Help customers complete required documentation and complete disbursal of loan Ensure that operations team is performing as per directions in Gold appraisal and handling of gold Help in completion of transaction and ensure the custody of Gold Ensure that the entire process is seamless for the customer Effectively search prospective clients and generate leads Vet the leads, follow-up and convert them into online applications Keep track of customer database and record feedbackPreferred Qualities Should be able to identify people and develop relationships Maximizing business mobilization through own contacts & establishing new contacts Should be comfortable in travelling within the city (Company will provide for travel arrangements) Qualifications 2-6 years of relevant work experience in Sales/Customer Engagement in the Gold Loan (Banks/NBFCs) Must have a graduate degreeSoft Skills Should possess excellent communication skills Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam would be an added advantage Top-notch sales skills; ability to put customer at ease Must be passionate about your job, willing to put in extra effort whenever required
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
