Job Details

1. Ensure the team delivers high level of customer service to bring in Customer retention and Loyalty2. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers to facilitate further expansion of business with existing customers.3. Ensure the team takes ownership, engages with the customer to deliver the best4. Coordinate and collaborate with the heads to resolve any issues related to customer retention and to find ways of further improving customer retention.5. In- depth understanding of the customer profile, synthesizing findings, and deploying effective business strategies to drive retention and improve customer satisfaction results.6. Analytical and problem-solving skills are needed in order to come up with solutions to the customer's problems.
