GraduateSkills Required Should have a passion and desire to work in the social service sector.Ability & desire for hands on work in the field with customers.Strong in business development skills to build & manage the businessAbility to identify & resolve problemWorking knowledge of accounting.Computer savvy Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel or equivalent.Fluent in local Language and good English communication skills.Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in financial services as a team leader ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall business of the branchSelling, servicing & collecting from 4000-5000 customers, poor women.Leading a team of field staff of around nineManaging the branch & field operations of the branch which requires strong process management as per field operations manual.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)

Experience: 2-3
