The incumbent shall be responsible as followsClient Coordination Coordination with customers for the requirements of New cases, update the cases in the trackers along with regular Follow-ups.Client Servicing To be the SPOC forclient on operational issues, follow-up with the Ops team to ensure timely deliverables to theClient. ClientAccount Management Ensuring high level of clientsatisfaction through accurate and correct background verification of pre and post-employment checks. Meet the TAT in order to accomplish the clientrequirements. ClientSatisfaction To manage clientexpectation and satisfaction on routine operational matters, ensure end to end service delivery for the BGV process.DescriptionHandling customer queriesExperience in Inbound/Outbound processesWillingness to work in a challenging environmentExcellent Communication skillsBasic computer application skills & data management SkillsShould have good negotiation and convincing skills
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
