Work as part of the 24/7 global customer services team and provide the right quality and level of service in a timely manner.Be the 1st point of contact for all technical and non-technical questions and queries, working with the Manager on any complex issues, escalating when necessary. Update internal databases to ensure accurate call logging, response times and billing.Follow and update all processes and procedures and an operations manual. Deal with customer problems in a calm and polite telephone manner.To be flexible to work on a 24x7 shift rotation / overtime when required. Performing Data Analysis Understanding and making conclusions from the data for decision making purposesPresenting data in charts, graphs and tables Presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical tools like Microsoft Excel.Creating, maintaining and updating data collection template (s) Presenting reports to management, analyzing report output and making business recommendations based on the reportsGood working knowledge of Windows 7 Operating Systems and MS Office applications. Key Behavioral Skills Required Excellent telephone and customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Independent and pro-active thinking, Relationship builder both within the team and across the whole office.Personal resilience and able to complete projects in some tight timescales. Good time management and prioritisation practicesAbility to multi-task Minimum 2 years of experienceExcellent communication skills, Written and telephone manner 2+ years of experience in IT / ITES /BPO companiesPreferred Bachelor s/Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field and/or relevant professional work experience
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
