Co-ordinate on distributor correspondences for complaints, queries, applications, vouchers, LOS, E-mail queries.Processing returns & resignations and co-ordinate with DCS personnel at office for distributor cheque deliveryRegular & proactive communication with distributors on product launches, product availability, promos, new/ any policy changes, media information and Product Trainings schedules.Provide support to sales events like Venue Sales & Merchandising events.Provide support to other events like Face to Face, Silver forum, A day with amway Success Seminar of Amway India etc.Generating the required MIS report on regular basisApplication entry thru walk-ins & E-application, Orders ProcessingMiscellaneous-Reactivation, DRC, Coordination with Warehouse for complaint resolutionCoordination and reporting to/with regional DCS Team for important Distributor correspondence-CMA/Name Correction/Entity Change, etc.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
