Support our clients retail, direct, and web customers by providing superior customer serviceBe the first point of contact for customers by receiving calls and emails for the APAC marketProvide general information about our projects and products to educate customersHandle support-level issues such as registering system profiles and account managementProcess and submit returns, revise credit card information, manage refund requests, and complete other data-entry functionsWork closely with the order management, sales, and various finance groups through web tickets, telephone queues, and an issue tracker to handle, escalate, and resolve customer issuesRequired skills3-4 years experience in a customer service roleFluent in English; Japanese is a plusProficient with office applications; LibreOffice is a plusOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work with others to deliver superior customer serviceCustomer-oriented with an ability to solve problems under deadline pressureAdvanced reasoning skills and an eye for detail when creating solutionsExcellent organizational skills and an ability to work with minimal supervisionWillingness to work in shifts
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
