Work with CSPMs on developing retrofit plans for ATR Mod programs and maintain loaner pool of inventories. Communicate retrofit plans with CBM s and FSEs, stakeholders. Coordinate returns with the global operators via CBMs/FSEs. Coordinate returns with R&O shops.Manage volume of returns with each shop to prevent overload/long TAT. Work with operators, SPEX and CBMs on managing loaners. Track global spare levels. Track customer spare levels. Track campaign progress at each customer and at fleet level, communicate with HON business team and leadership. Assist Business Teams with metrics Reporting as required.Follow up with ERB and SPEX teams to make sure exchange orders are processes and cores are back to the SPEX & RSPP pools. Work on Bailment requests along with the program managers.Working on process improvement ideas and sharing best practices. Participate in team activities/meetings and process update discussions.Following escalation process to raise and resolve process issues. Completing on job and classroom trainings (nominated) (process and organizational) within timeline. Creating and updating process documents and driving process improvement ideas. Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions and drive initiatives which has significant business impact. Participate in HOS activities and share knowledge within the team.QualificationsMinimum Bachelors Degree and applicable experience (e.g., 3-5 years) in the order management field. Previous experience in Calls process.Handling programs individually and Process Transition knowledge/experience will be added advantage.Good analytical skills and data interpretation skills. Demonstrated experience in progressively more challenging and responsible roles.Knowledge of advanced Excel and Excel macro, Word, PowerPoint. Prior experience in SAP and/or SFDC will be added advantage.
