A customer-centric, intellectually curious, bright and energetic person with the ability to drive the adoption of product usage.It excites you and it is natural for you to discover, evaluate, design, and implement solutions.You always strive for success, both personally and on behalf of your customer.Youre a passionate, customer-centric individual who can communicate back to your company methods for bettering the customer experience.You think, every day, about how you can improve the experience of your customers.You understand and appreciate that a customer s experience is made up of their interactions with your products, your people, your systems, and your processes.You have exceptional presentation skills.You have strong experience in the arena of Big Data, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehouse, Integration and ETL and are looking for the next Big Thing .You have gained credible experience or have deep interest in Cloud and Big Data technologies.You are a team player who creates a culture of learning and sharing of knowledge.What you ll doDevelop architecture and best practices guidance for customers to drive the successful deployment and adoption of Talend products.Work directly with customers to get them unstuck in complex design and deployment situations.Deliver product roadmap presentations to customers.Drive customer's feature requests with Product Management and Engineering.Work with Customer Success Managers to successfully manage accounts at both business and technical levels and help define and align strategic goals.Serve as a trusted technical adviser to customers.Deliver demos and presentation to all customer levels including but not limited to Developers, Business Analysts, Operations Teams, Managers and CEOs.Lead regular status meetings with project teams, customers, sponsors, and stakeholders.Provide updates, status and next steps on a regular cadence through chatter and email.Serve as a technical coach to co-workers, providing advice and guidanceBecome a thought leader on technologies and methodologies in the integration spaceWhat you ve doneYou have worked in the Cloud, Big Data, MDM, Data Integration and Application Integration space.You have installed, configured and deployed enterprise software within fortune 500 companies.You can design highly complex solutions that meets functional and non-functional requirements.Youve had customer-facing consulting and enablement roles.You have developed and delivered enablement presentations for your customers.You have experienced being put in a position of trusted advisor with your customers. Desirable skills and experienceBachelors Degree (or equivalent) or higherMinimum of 10 years relevant work experience in one of the following technical architect, solution engineer or senior consultantExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills at all levelsKnowledge of Java, SQL, XML and Tomcat are desirableAbility to prioritize, escalate and lead efforts on complex customer requestsAbility to work independently and within a teamCurrent experience in two or more of the following disciplinesData Quality (DQ)Data Integration (ETL)Master Data Management (MDM)Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)Business Process Management (BPM)Big Data (Hadoop distributions and key technologies like Hive and Spark)Relational and NoSQL databasesAmazon Web Services, Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure
