Provide technical support for your customers and oversee the resolution of issues.Work closely with our founders and Customer Success Engineers to build the foundation of Customer Success at Zendrive (inclusive of internal processes, methodology, and hiring.)Manage the entire customer lifecycle of a portfolio of high profile accountsDevelop collaterals and materials for customers, help them make the most of our product and drive happiness and net-promoter scoreContribute internally to our team, share knowledge and best practices with team members, contribute to internal projects and initiatives.Skills/RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be extremely articulate, approachable and personable in supporting our customers and making the most of the insights we give them.4+ years relevant work experience in Customer Success or account management -- ideally with B2B, SaaS models. Experience in service or hospitality industry is a bonus.Proficiency using Salesforce or equivalent CRM software to set up, train and manage customers.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A technical background is a bonus.Ability to train and advise the executive team on Customer Success best practices (cultural, technical and business).
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
