A standard component of the SmartDrive program is the Customer Success Manager(CSM). Once the sale is complete, the CSM is responsible for taking over the program management and successfully ushering the Client through the process;ensuring the Customer experiences the true value of the SmartDrive program. A core part of this activity includes working with the Client on a daily basisto leverage the SmartDrive program to quickly and effectively understand the causes of the fleet's risk and how to achieve positive results.The CSM should possess a mixture of consultative sales and analytical projectmanagement skills with a strong desire to do everything it takes to make the Customer successful! Strong account management experience is a must.Expectations from the Role (High-level)Act as the Client advocate within SmartDrive and working with internal teams onClient needs, future enhancements and to solve any issues that arise.Manage and maintain the Client relationship, ensuring that all assigned Client accounts are obtaining value from the SmartDrive program, and ultimately beresponsible for overall Client satisfaction.Work closely to manage existing Client accounts and identify and develop new opportunities.Drive end to end program management for the assigned accounts.Desired ProfileMinimum 2 years of successful account management experience in a large account environment.Experience in handling International Customers (preferably US/UK) is must.Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
