Job Description Managing complains of the Customer. resolving issues remotely or getting it resolved , monitoring noting , forwarding or allocating the calls , taking reporting and closure of the calls , Allocate and take reporting/ work to sales engineers. repeated issues analysis ,managing complaints ,and co-ordinate- esculate the cases.
