ResponsibilitiesIf you think you can make the customer leave with a delight, then you are the one we are looking for.Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues.Desired Skills and Experience Exceptional English communication skills with customers and team members; friendly and pleasant demeanor over email and phone. Must be comfortable talking with customers on the phone.Knowing multiple languages is a plus.
