We Have Vacancy For Our Reputed Client At MundhawaWe are seeking freshers and experience candidates who are customer focused, energetic, self-starter, and ready to travel in outskirts to work with our Customer Service Department. Training will be provided by our Team.Position Customer Support Executive/Engineer Hours Prefer fresher commit 8.30 hours block time in office. (Mon-Sat)Compensation Rs. 10 to 15 Thousand Per month for fresherFor Experience As per industry standard Bond 2 yrsPrimary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in our software. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.providing help and advice to customers using your organization's products or services;Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;Handling customer complaints or any major incidentskeeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department;Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service; being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals;Training staff and customer to deliver a high standard of customer service;Learning about your organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes;Competencies and Skills RequiredCustomer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the company. Prefer candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel is must
