*No Outbound Calling, only Inboundtele-sales profile* Interact and respond to customer queries over email,telephone, chat on newtworking sites and resolve customer queries/inquiries and convert them into sale of the product.* Relationship building with customers on the phone, emails, Whatsapp and SMS and networking sites.* Co-ordinate with Salesand Corporate Team for lead generation.* Fixing meeting schedule with clients to close the sales.Desired Candidate Profile1.Candidate should be Graduate.2.Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must )3.Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.4 Mminimum 2-3 years of experience in customer care / Backend.5 Customer facing confidence.6 Good knowledge of MS Excel.
