Standards and content are stipulated by the VP of Sales and Operations. Designation of Post and Position within Departmental StructureManaging Director Regional ManagerCustomer Support Manag Main Duties and Responsibilities To support the trained users and potential users in groups or individually, at the client premises or Audatex venues, in order to appreciate and effectively use the Audatex suite of solutions To demonstrate the Audatex solutions and value propositions to clients, potential clients and users, new or existing To provide ongoing support to Audatex users in the field face to face and on the telephone as required Explain and support customers through the change management processes required to ensure optimum benefits are achieved of using the Audatex solutions. Support the Business Development Team with the necessary feedback from the prospects Support Finance & Administration team in timely invoicing by coordinating with the customer Organise a monthly review of the assigned customers with the Business Head and submit report to senior management. Provide consultancy and advise to clients to enable them to institute the necessary changes to their business processes to ensure they enjoy the full value of the Audatex solutions. Ensure successful implementation of the Audatex solutions and delivery of agreed valuepropositions with the help of Business Head. Provide feedback and contribute to model development requirements Provide feedback and contribute to enhancement of Audatex solutions Provide support to Service Desk. Ensure system installations are completed before roll out phase commences Ensure assigned client locations and the users in the region have up to date Audatex software and solutions. Keep track record and update the line manager on regular basis. Ensure that all the required client information is received to allow installation and invoicing Effective use of time to ensure travel arrangements can be booked in a timely manner enabling Audatex India to benefit from cost effective travel expenses Identify possible future high calibre Audatex employees Provide support to management and business units, as requested, when a business disruption occurs The above list of main duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive and you may be asked to carry out other adhoc tasks as and when required. Skills & Requirements The role requires extensive travel throughout India to deliver system demonstration, clienttraining and to carry out implementation of the Audatex solutions in client s organisations The role holder will be expected to stay away from home for a significant number of nights as part of the role. Ability to provide support clearly, enthusiastically and accurately Technical knowledge of vehicle body and paint repair techniques Ability to manage own time effectively to ensure efficient use of resources Ability to communicate to internal and external teams Good working knowledge of MS OfficeExperience Experience around 5 years or above. Ideally the candidate will have had extensive experience in repairing motor vehicle body structures Panel, Paint or Mechanical and Trim. Candidates from General Insurance / Claims background i.e., Surveyors, Claims Managers Candidates with Strong Automobile/Technical Sales background can also be considered. Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering. Holder of recognised industry training certificates Computer literate Experience of taking people through change programmes
