IT Security Compliance Ensures HTS sites adhere to standard IT processes and controls as reviewed by Corporate Audit, ensuring issues resulting from Corporate audits are closed in a timely manner, and implementing processes to reduce repeat issues Responsible to articulate risk posture & mitigation plans to HTS Leadership Demonstrates thought leadership on engineering specific IT Security requirements & drives right security approach to protect high value information assets Establish good alignment with Global Enterprise IT Risk Assurance team & SBG IT Compliance teams to drive consistent compliance practices Responsible to drive Cyber Safety Core IT Process Self-Assessment across HTS with the support of Enterprise IT and remediate the findings Leverage HOS Culture to drive employee awareness across HTS Sites Implement security controls and processes that follow best practices to insure adherence to regulatory requirements Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with groups involved with information security matters such as the Legal, Internal Audit & HR Works with diverse teams from HTS engineering & functions, bringing them together to manifest controls that reflect workable compromises as well as proactive responses to current and future information security risks Proactively work with HGS Regional Cyber Security team to understand risks related to incidents and drive improvement actions Employs appropriate visual management systems to articulate risks in accordance to diverse audience expectations Coordinates and supports the implementation standards, & guidelines needed to support information security compliance across Infrastructure & Applications deployed in HTS sites Ensure adequate and effective security processes & controls and lifecycles are followed and aligned to deliver compliance with established organization security policies Supports internal and external audit activities and remediation requirements Responsible to drive the remediation of issues found through self and independent audits & assessments Collaborate with HTS procurement & HGS Vendor Risk Management team to include Security T&Cs in agreements. Establish assessment mechanism for critical partner engagements Ensures adequate and effective IT controls exist to meet current and future security compliance requirements in alignment to Honeywell IT Policies & StandardsData Protection Responsible to collaborate with HGS Data Protection team & align with Enterprise Data Protection Strategy to implement Data Protection tools & procedures to identify, classify & protect critical data across HTS Work with HGS Enterprise Data Protection Incident Management COE to remediate DLP incidents in HTS effectively 8 years of experience in IT Security Risk & Compliance related areas Extensive knowledge of infrastructure & application security knowledge areas Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementation of standards such as ISO 27001 Good understanding of data protection requirements & regulations for sensitive data such as PII, PCI, ITAR, etc Strong Leadership, Good communication & Negotiation skills CISSP, CISA Certifications will be added advantage Having Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 8-13
