You will become a member of an international team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered, as well as how risks are measured. You will join a global community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will be a member a team focusing on Compliance Management Information and Regulatory Affairs reporting.Through these challenging roles in a dynamic and high-performance environment, you will be responsible for the following tasksProduction of the internal compliance MI metrics reporting (gathering, checking, analysing the data and then building data visualization in Tableau)Adapting the reporting with the latest changes on a continuous basisCollaboration with various international Stakeholders within the global compliance function Revamping the Compliance metrics landscape by introducing predictive metrics (KRI s) in addition to performance metrics (CPIs)Supporting the various Compliance groups as e.g., Financial Crime Compliance, Cross Border etc. in management information processes and identifying anomalies and risks Working together with the IT-Team to develop automation approachesYou OfferPhD or Masters degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)Very good MS Office skills (especially practical Excel knowledge)Fluent in English (oral and written)Attention to details, methodical approach in data sourcing/ analysing and creative attitude in presenting the dataService oriented and reliable personalityTeam work focused person with good interpersonal skillsMotivated for professional developworking in a cross functional team, strong communications skills; capable of discussing reporting needs, management measurements and reporting enhancement feedbacks.Identify required, discretionary, business and system updates, recommend approaches and solutions that could enhance and positively impact the MI reportActively participate in the preparation of special reports and other ad hoc reporting projectsTechnical Skills Flair for data, numbers and figures- also experience in data analysis in a different fieldsProgramming skills in VBA, C, C++, Phyton, SQL will be an assetData Visualization experience is highly preferred especially Tableau and/or any other visualizing toolKnowledge of Database design, Data architectures and system automation experience Knowledge of statistics and analytics methods, statistic programming tools like (SAS, R) would be a plusActively Participate in the preparation of special reports and other ad-hoc reporting projectsExperience with reporting and KPIs and capacity of producing relevant documentation
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | Ph.D. (Doctorate)

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
