Translates high level HR requirements - problems into comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of BI solutions.Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in data identification and data acquisition from several HR functions. Conducts data cleansing, data preparation, completeness testing, data loading, dashboard creation and documentation.Carries out hands on design and development of data visualizations in various projects using Qlikview and other software.Interacts with clients SPOCs to ensure seamless delivery by adhering to the defined quality standards and ensure deadlines are met.Analyzes business trends and nuances from the dashboards to create and provide actionable client insights.Conducts deep dive analyses to provide insight on why and who beyond the standard tracking of what and where metrics.Manages troubleshoot efforts for various BI applications to ensure seamless consumption.Brainstorms broad concepts and ideas of various reporting designs, implementation and translates those into a consumable, tangible objective.Increases process efficiency for data loading, data preparing and data visualization by identifying repeatable jobs and automating them using appropriate tools and techniques.Works closely with relevant SPOCs to ensure deliverables fully align with business needs and core business metrics. Minimum and Required Skills & Technical Ability3-5 years of experience in creating visualization using Qlikview and proficient in SQL, MS Office, VBA.In-depth knowledge of the best practices in creating reports and dashboard.Database modeling experienceBachelor's degree in Engineering; Advanced degree preferred Minimum and Preferred EducationTypical Scope & ImpactContributes to the achievement of Data Visualization objectives and the HR functional objectives.Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. InteractionsWorks with other teams as a memberCreates formal internal and external networks involving coordination among groups and various other providers. Problem SolvingSolves a wide range of problems using the appropriate analytic tools, interpretive thinking, and in-depth analysis to solve business challenges.Functional and Business KnowledgeHas comprehensive knowledge of the visualization best practices, data management and data analysis. Possesses thorough knowledge of HR domain across functions such as performance, payroll, recruitment, talent management etc.
