To extend Microsemis position as leader and premier solution provider in the eyes of industry leading customersJointly own solution conceptualization based on market analysis for defense market across Microsemi productsOwn and deliver key Go-To-Market for key defense solutionsAssist sales and distributors to generate new design opportunities in key accounts in the defense space with focus on India, South Korea and rest of APACJob descriptionGTM Ownership for Defense Market1) Organize and deliver 1-2 Solution GTM s per yeara. Provide support for new Platform Identificationi. Work with Sales to train field on uncovering new opportunties and new platform identificationb. BU solution integration to include SoC and FPGA, timing solutions, networking solutions, Storage solutions, and discrete product groups within Microsemi.c. Interface with BUs on focused market applications includingi. Secure Communicationsii. Radar & EWiii. Guidance & Controliv. EO/IR2) Develop standardized market templates in conjunction with the market research teama. Coordinate market trends using BU resources, Industry reports & customer feedbackb. Consolidate market (TAM/SAM/SOM) using BU resources, Industry reports and Microsemi historical datac. Develop and maintain market specific application block diagrams for key applicationsi. Coordinate and vet block diagrams with resources from each BU to ensure all potential MSCC content is included3) Joint oversight & ownership of solution campaigns in defense globallya. Managing Applications Engineering resources & schedulesb. Development of Sales collateral, Solutions documentation and demonstration coordination4) Disty and sales training/engagements regionally5) Customer engagements regionallyQualificationsQualificationBSEE or higher education with 12 years experience in defense electronics or semiconductor company with significant exposure to defense market. MBA from premier institution a plusDemonstrated capability to understand complex technical aspects and transform into appropriate messages for different audiences including engineering, marketing and salesProven ability to develop technical presentation, white papers and other collateral
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
