Good Understanding of the Contract, Statement of Work (SOW), or Document Of Understanding (DOU), cost case, Financial baselines, setting up of ICAs. Build client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application, technical and business solutions. Respond to client requirements as specified in the contract or SOW.Delivery project executive work with the Project Office and delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs, requirements and expectations with regard to assigned IBM team operationsDelivery project executive is the Primary contact for the PE (Project Executive) on service delivery. The Delivery project executive also supports the Project executive in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability. Detailed understanding of claim structure and staffing needs globally for the account that drives the cost and efficiencies.Proactively manage business controls (audit readiness). Controls & Compliance - Maintain strong business control posture, be audit-ready at all times. Ensure zero tolerance for violations of the IBM Business Conduct Guidelines and applicable government law; reinforce employee awareness of reporting channels for violations.Manage projects/programs. Expert level knowledge is required across PM methodologies, emerging technologies and technical solutions pertaining to client needs. DPEs must have the vision and ability to influence their client s actions.Responsible for managing approved budget (for cost for service delivery). Delivery project executive manage contractual cost, schedule and service or product deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization. They manage IBM resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization. Meet/exceed SO financial objectives, with specific focus to drive cost towards Gross profit margin budget..Lead weekly/monthly status meetings with IBM Team and Client. Identification of client liaison, Client on-site requirements and communication tools to be used by the team. Deliver a culture where the team works as One team and emphasizing on Collaboration across brands, industry, sales team and within our delivery Team.Global Delivery - Leverage across organizations, competencies and Geography. Ensure client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the Project Office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction.Major contribution to overall client satisfaction for delivery organization. Drive Client Satisfaction through innovation, stability by maintaining currency across the infrastructure and manage risks. Responsible for establishing the Set/Met goals with the client and measure satisfaction through them.Responsible for contract SLA/SLO (Service Level Agreements/Objectives). Focus on consolidation of Delivery, Delivery excellence and single ownership of accountability. Responsible for strong delivery posture with Improved quality and client reference ability. Addressing systemic root causes and attainment of Service Level Attainments (SLA).The Delivery project executive provides account leadership to the service delivery team and directs teams to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables. Execution of Service Delivery strategy to support global initiatives of automation, Globalization via taking full advantage of the efficiencies in our global Delivery centers and build a strong delivery model.Address performance in troubled service line/units to achieve productivity objectives. Responsible for establishing strong governance structure and communication frame work, identify escalation path (for every country and region involved), Governance forum for resolution of issues that consists of representation from all geographies in both IBM and client.What you ll do
