Job ResponsibilitiesTo recruit and manage a team of distributors / partners and generate business through them on Monthly BasisMobilizing & Managing business through the distributors / channel partnersDaily reporting of AchievementsDoing Performance Review of your distributors / partnersEnsuring productivity on monthly basisTraining, Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partnersYou would have a strong chance of getting selected if you have - Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales target and have the ability to hire and manage strong team of distributors / partners.
