The purpose of this job is to plan and analyse and recommend trends on Compensation & benefits. Managing the process and defining compensation banding for all levels to ensure cost to skill ratio. The role will be responsible to drive the Performance Management system Compensation benchmarking and HR operations to ensure employee satisfaction and adherence to HR Compliance and audit standards with aligned objectives to support the business goals.2) Principal AccountabilitiesAccountabilitySupporting ActionsPlan, initiate, and monitor the salary budgeting as well as payroll process to ensure that the organisation s pay cycle is completed effectively in a timely mannerConduct market benchmark surveys.Perform budgeting analysis to determine salary increases and costs on payroll.Seek approval on salary budgets from the management team and role out the increment exerciseCommunicate effective salary increases to the organisationSupervise payroll vendor to ensure smooth and timely processing of salaries.Ensure audit compliance of payroll process.Ensure that queries, clarifications and grievances with regard to payroll and salary increments are addressed in timely mannerEnsure smooth management of HRIS for the organisation to ensure that employee records are maintained and updated in a timely mannerDefine SOP's for all data maintenance in HRIS system.Review employee records and ensure that information is uploaded on the people soft system within defined TATsConduct and collaborate on periodic information auditsBe part of the new systems development team and provide inputs to ensure that data is migrated accurately from legacy to new systems, conduct test scenarios with vendors Plan, initiate and drive the benefits programs for the organisation to ensure a balanced mix of cash and benefits offered to employees as per the organisation strategy and philosophyConduct market surveys to gather information on best practices etcPerform need gap analysis and initiate new benefit plans as well as ensure smoother operations of current schemes.Communicate new initiatives to the organisation and employees and address queries, clarifications as well as grievancesInitiate and drive the annual performance management cycle1. Ensure the launch and completion of the performance management plan in a timely manner.2. Collaborate and perform ratings analysis and normal distribution curve.3. Ensure communication of performance ratings to the employees etc.Drive HR operations and enhance service delivery to all employees as per defined SLAs & TAT s1. Define SOP's for all HR operations processes.2. Manage life cycle of employee on HR administration aspects as per defined TAT s3. Initiate process and work flow improvements Facilitate development of skills of sub-ordinates to enable them to perform and achieve their KRA as well as take on higher responsibilities.1. Mentor, supervise and coach and well as provide direction to sub-ordinates. Qualifications1. Graduate/PG
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
