DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (INTERIOR FITOUT CONTRACTING)
The selected candidate, reporting to the Director, will be responsible To manage the sales process including creating forecasts, managing pricing, and managing key accounts such as consultants and contractors, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy to enhance Company’s presence. He will manage Profit & Loss for the Company and review variances, revenue margins and identify growth opportunities etc. MBA preferred must have 15-20 years experience of which at least 10 years in the Interiors business with Sales skills, Project Management, Cost Control, Construction Management, Contract Management, Quality Assurance, Client Management, Vendor Development, Strategic Procurement, Team Management and Negotiation of Contracts, Managing Tenders, Monthly Information System (MIS).
