Role SummaryThe role is pivotal in driving and aligning the HR strategy for GAVL; Responsible for Business partnering at regional level along with managing Employee relations across Business Units and locations.Manage end-end HR process delivery for all the BU s within GAVL; across Pan-India locations including the plants and support offices.Drive and Implement compensation and benefits and HR analytics portfolio nationally. Manage all the trade union negotiations, wage settlements (LTS) with unions; actively support business in resolving matters of conflict by providing legal and compliance-related subject matter expertise. Managing hiring of all contractual and blue-collared staff and workers across all BUs, plants and regions. Partner actively with business in managing and resolving day-to-day employee issues and grievances.Responsible for implementation of the entire gamut of Talent management activities in the regions and manufacturing locations. These include o Support and ensure the completion of Annual performance reviews and goal setting processo Support all the L&D initiatives and programs at the regional levelo Support the hiring of field sales force and production staff in the plants. Drive all the Training & Development initiatives for Blue Collared EmployeesResponsible for driving and implementing EHS norms for the entire organization. This includeso Monitoring and maintaining Hygiene factors at all locations.o Conducting Safety training and Safety audits. Monitoring Contract labor Management System at all locations and conducting regular Audit of Statutory Compliances as per the applicable legal and statutory terms for GAVL. Responsible for managing Employees PF Trust and liaison with RPFC and Enforcement AuthoritiesPosition RequirementsA.Role RequirementMLSW or MBA in HR from leading Indian B-schools. 10- 12 years of experience in leading and managing HR and IR functions in large and reputed manufacturing organizationsGood Knowledge and understanding of Macro and Micro level Industrial relations/Employee relations in essential. Hands-on experience in managing blue collared workforce and statutory compliances. Experience people management; should have managed teams of more than 10 people.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the country.B.Capabilities Required for the role
