Taking Care of Projects for New Business Expansion, Man Management, Time Management, Inventory Management, Fund Management, Customer Satisfaction, Growth of Business, Analysis of Business and identify the areas to be developed.Ensuring that the Company runs efficiently and effectively by achieving its mission and objectives, and the Operations and Human Resources functions are properly managed.Developing sound strategies, policies and procedures, including effective monitoring and evaluation systems.Managing entire after sales service and customer care operations with a view to achieve business objectives and support top line and bottom line profitability.Automotive parts distribution management with proven records in the areas of procurement planning, warehouse management and meeting targets.Handling a diverse range of activities entailing Customer Care export operationsConducting periodical surveys to understand customer satisfaction levels and to identify new business scopes.Designing & implementing training programs for bringing customer focus, high energy level and team spirit in the employees.Supervising and monitoring the performance level of the skilled and technical staff for ensuring superior customer service (quality repair management) and accomplishment of service targets.Organizing various Promotional and value add events to improve customer relations and derive benefits for business development.Ability to think strategically & analyticallyGood business and financial acumen.Good public relations skillsA team builder with strong leadership skills.Effective problem solving skills.Adaptable and flexible.Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively.Empathy to customers and their problem situations.Ability to exhibit leadership skills.Active listening techniques to effectively resolve conflicts.Time Management, planning and organizing skills.Maintaining composure and perspective in difficult situations.Excellent communication skills
