Job Details

Job duties and responsibilitiesManage customer service for Cards Responsible for customer service activities namely; customer queries, card blocking, re-issuance, card activation, fee refund, etc. Drive Daily SLA Delivery as per defined matrix across different queues within the customer services team Drive Productivity and improvement of the defined queues to ensure maximum output and cross utilization of resources Conduct regular Audits to improve processes and reduce Complaints. Audits to ensure no financial impact Conduct Quality calibration with TCS quality team to ensure robust measurement of Quality metrics First time resolution by driving down reasons for repeat customer interaction Constantly motivate and work closely with partner to achieve SLA and drive productivity Basic qualificationsShould have 4-5 years of experience in Experience and Service Prior experience in handling service processes and understanding customer needs Should be passionate about Customer Experience Should be a graduate preferably Should have good interpersonal skills
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant) | MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
