Should have expertise in Behavioural/ Soft Skills/ Leadership Training Delivery and content development.Incumbent must be able to hold Senior and middle management employees proficiently in behavioural / Soft Skill trainings and should have the ability to design and deliver few leadership programs.Demonstrate innovation in training methodology & processes, Develop training manuals for all categoriesMust be able to adapt training content to meet the specific needs of the audience.Excellent verbal/ written English communication skills, Self-motivated to upgrade the knowledge, Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish develop and maintain professional relationships at all levelsShould have High energy, Enthusiastic, Motivational Training Style.Should be proficient in Training Methodologies, Curriculum Development and Soft Skills modules like (Communication Skills, Critical thinking, Power, Team Building, Aptitude, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence etc)Develop Learning Dashboards & Metrics on a monthly basisResponsible for designing and managing Learning and Development in Hyderabad to enhance strategic agility and talent predictabilityWork with all the stake holders to develop & implement the L&D process and realize a new approach to meeting the learning needs of the organization.Study the ongoing process of learning needs analysis and use the data to inform learning design and prioritization of work.Develop coherent, standardized and scalable curriculum appropriate for an audience of 1,000 staff working in challenging environments.Build learning capability across the location, raising awareness, promoting best practice and safeguarding quality standards.Manage the design and development of innovative learning programs, making creative use of available resources by relevant selection and managing vendors.Actively identify key learning trends and best practices that could be adapted and adopted by the organizationStrategically aligning Global Learning and Development to the business strategy and Vision.Experience in both programmatic and instructional learning designExperience in managing outsourced learning providersExperience of developing creative learning solutions within a budget.High degree of business and people acumen and ability to demonstrate presence and credibility across the organizationCommitment to personal/ professional development
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
