Job Details

Develop and build the overall brand strategy and architecture for dailies.Work on creating a clear brand positioning and develop the supporting brand plans for 3 brands.Work closely with creative agency to develop high impact brand campaigns.Generate creative ideas on a regular basis to drive brand imagery and keep the brand apace with dynamic reader/user aspirations.Responsible for positive movement on various brand metrics like salience, loyalty and other imagery parameters for newspaper.Develop, manage and execute the integrated marketing plans for the three brands.This will include developing an effective brand sustenance plan through various marketing tools and managing all ATL, BTL and digital marketing activities.Develop all external brand communication for B2C, B2B & Product areas by translating consumer insights into key actions.Create brand style guide for consistent brand communication for all 3 brands.Develop the overall B2B communication strategy for the brand and create B2B marketing plans.Manage external media effectively for all brand campaigns, ensuring an effective ROI (OOH, Radio, Digital, B2B).Manage overall marketing budgets and generate cost efficiencies.Work closely with media sales teams on planning sponsorship deliverables for brand properties.Effective coordination with all internal departments to meet the product and brand requirements.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
