Job Title Sr Executive / Deputy Manager - DOPS Designation Sr Executive / Deputy Manager Purpose of Role The purpose of the role is to ensure that the commission payment, incentive and other benefit are paid to the intermediaries as agreed TAT and within the regulatory framework. The various MIS and reports as required by the Management and intermediaries are made available within the agreed timelines. Various controls are implemented for smooth commission payment and functioning of the other related processes. Main Areas of responsibility The mail responbility is correct and accurate commission payment. Preparation of various Reports and MIS. Regulatory reporting as per the timelines. Handling day to day queries. Development of various touchpoints which help in service delivery for the intermediaries JOB DESCRIPTION 1. To effectively execute Commission Payment within the define TAT and other process2. Ensure Correct commission without any errors are made3. Ensure that the Regulatory guidlines are met4. UAT of the commission payment process.5. Train and provide feedback to various internal customer ( Call Centre, branch)6. Impact and improve commission payment and other processes of DOPS 7. Development of various interface to improve advisor satisfaction and bring a wow factor8. Payment of Group Commission9. RCSA workingDeliverables Day to Day 1 FG Suppoort mails2 Calling of Intermediaries for their query3 Reconcillation of the reports/batches4 Commisson Payment processing as per payment cycle5Group commisson payment as per agreed TAT6 5 Years terminated advisor commission payment working7RCSA working and reporting8 40% check on the various incentive payments9 CMS Adjustment10 CLS Calls
