The role incumbent is responsible for managing Retention based on the management guidelines and service quality by1. Manage the PAN India renewal and retention portfolio2. Manage the external contact centre operations and contact centre operates as per the defined SLAs and guidelines.3. Liaising with Key stake holders and managing their expectations for achieving the retention rate and the designated budgets Profit centre, Distribution channels and Senior Management4. To segment achieving the retention rate and budget channel wiseTo Analyse data and draw action plan to achieve the retention rate and budgetsTo manage cost by reducing the per cheque pick up cost borne by the branchesTo maintain Channel wise focus on performance numbersCollation of performance and organizing monthly, weekly and daily MISTo ensure maximum conversion on the lead5. Staff Development and R&R for key performers6. To initiate and undertake Key Projects which will lead to operational efficiency through service and process improvementsExperience - 10 to 15 years of experience in managing call centre operations and sales and handling more than 150+ staffSkills- - Strong Leadership Skills for managing large teams- Excellent Communication skills (written & oral)- Strong Interpersonal skills,- Strong Analytical skills- Strong Team Management Skills- Strong Customer Management Skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
