Deputy Manager - Risk, Mortgage Debt Counseling

MIS preparation and publishing of mortgage weak/risk accounts Monthly classification of weak accounts based on scorecard Counselling letters to be sent to Identified weak accounts as per staircase on timely basis Regular interaction & feedback with Sales/Credit/Legal/collection team on customers where we are facing collection issues. Visit location in case of any specific requirements related to risk accounts and coordinate with Sales/Credit team for speedy resolution of cases. Prepare BRD basis the system enhancement/Automation requirement and coordinate with IT Team to ensure enhancement in system/Finnone features are delivered on time. Interaction with Business, Credit, OPS and IT to ensure weak accounts are resolved. File reviews and case wise analytical activities to be proactively managed. Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant) | MBA/ PGDM
