Job duties and responsibilities Responsible for end 2 end off roll team s lifecycle ownership. Lifecycle include from hiring to retiring. To act as a single point of contact for all off roll staffing needs and requirements for the business & functional verticals. Maintain MIS related to all aspects of employee life cycle for assigned business and prepare regular analytic dashboards on employee engagement metrics. Support in the delivery of HR projects and events for the year, responsible to engage with the respective Product and business teams to understand their associate requirements. Ensure implementation of various vertical related initiatives taken in concern with the associates. Liaisoning with Manpower services teams to ensure timely delivery of routine items like hiring, onboarding, claims, salary payouts, FnF, etc within the agreed TAT. Engaging with senior personnel of mapped business vertical to forecast and assist their manpower needs from time to time.Basic qualifications Graduate with a minimum experience of 3 years. Candidates with HR background would be preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both Back-end and business audiences. Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions.
