Job Duties & responsibilitiesConceptualize and implement open market sourcing campaignsStrengthen the Member Get Member program to maximise throughput from existing customer base, including staffIntegrate campaigns with social assets (Earned Media) of DBS to create viral impact and drive lower cost of acquisitionsBuild the marketplace channel for sourcing NTB through constant engagement with lager players like Bankbazaar, Paisabazaar etc.Manage key accounts to deliver the numbers committed as per the Business planManage Key account relationships with all the stakeholders in the Partner organizationWork internally with Stakeholders ( Product, IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing ) to ensure that sales campaigns are delivered in line with the agreed timelinesDevelop expertise and market intelligence on competition sales practices (Banks, Wallets, Insurance etc.), emerging online sourcing models and identify new partnershipsBe result oriented and be able to exert influence within and outside the organization.Required ExperienceExpertise in sales and marketing organizationAt least 4-6 years of experience in BFSI/Telecom/FMCGDemonstrable experience in running sales programs across productsSharp and analytical outlook and excellent stakeholder management skillsGood understanding of sales funnel management, workflow implementation, controls and continuous process improvementsEducation / Preferred QualificationsExpertise in marketing or a related fieldGraduate / Post-Graduate with relevant experience.Technical Competencies Experience with sales strategy and budget tracking Work experience in cross-functional team and project deliveryStrong quantitative, analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent understanding on regulatory environment in BFSI segment
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
