Manage the Marketing Operations tickets and support the current teamCreation of email communications templatesCreation of landing pagesManagement and updation of triggers/workflowsAd-hoc list uploadsUpload webinar recordings to various online properties, including editing of recordings as neededWeekly and bi-weekly reporting to be created for each global region and Marketing stakeholder/program managerUsing Marketo, pull program performance reports and distribute to marketing program owners, showing net new names, cost per member, and success metrics every other weekUsing Marketo, pull email performance reports across all paid program and newsletters. Monitor deliverability rates, identify opportunities for improving email deliverability and engagement offers, subject lines, content test plans. Analyze performance across our various programs types. every other weekUsing Marketo, monitor engagement program performance and help identify areas for improvement, additional content, and reworking of nurture paths every other weekUsing Salesforce, distribute untouched leads reports for all marketing regions to appropriate marketing and sales stakeholders weeklyMonthly reportingUsing Marketo, pull landing page performance reports for all paid media initiatives, identify opportunities for conversion optimization and recommend test plansUsing Marketo, review monthly program performance reports and summarize for the various teams where we are performing well, and opportunities for improvementUsing Marketo, create monthly report to assist in analyzing database health. There are existing smart lists built to do thisUsing Marketo, work with teams to analyze Email Performance for best send times, days of the week to increase and optimize engagementUsing Salesforce, create monthly Campaigns with Leads report showing all leads by status and team to aid in monitoring lead disposition MQL-SAL-SQLAd-hoc reports as requested by approved marketing stakeholdersSupport the data integrity of the Marketo database and manage the clean-up process on a regular basis for better segmentation.
