Responsibilities Increase revenues, reach and email database through a mix of activities impacting all levels of funnel, from reach to acquisition, to conversion. Develop, execute, measure and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Manage SEM, SEO and ePR strategy and activities aimed at increasing Top of Funnel opportunities and conversions. Develop and manage e-mail marketing strategies, calendar and campaigns. Design, develop and manage Google Adwords campaigns. Organize and maintain email databases. Manage and execute social media campaigns that stimulate traffic, increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads. Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns. Manage website content. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B testing and conversion tests. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on findings. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Manage digital marketing budget in a manner that justifies and maximizes ROI. Required Experience Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience working with e-mail marketing, online advertising (Google Adwords), SEO, PPC/PPM and mobile advertising. Proven track record of increasing revenues through successful management of digital marketing campaigns and projects. Strong analytical skills, including understanding and experience working with Google s Universal Analytics and Google Tag Manager, its tracking and reporting mechanisms and tools. Experience successfully managing social media campaigns. Experience successfully managing re-targeting and re-marketing campaigns. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Required Skills and Capabilities Must have a result-driven attitude, focused on revenues and profitability. Must possess strong analytical skills with deep attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing needs. Must possess sound judgment, problem solving, decision-making and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and communication skills required. High levels of ethics, personal discipline and professionalism required This is an immediate opening and salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
