Charterhouse is working with a leading hotel who is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will report to the Marketing Director and develop and implement digital marketing plans and campaigns. You will plan digital strategy across digital channels, content, campaigns and connections. You will have a deep understanding of brand insights, segmentation, and target needs to steer actionable creative briefs, thus, leading to effective digital campaign conceptualisation and presentation. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure that deadlines are met, best-practices followed and expectations are aligned. Other responsibilities will include: - Regular meetings with senior figures in the business to align on overall strategy, present work done and insights / research that can help the brand achieve digital marketing success. - Develop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth. - Develop and grow media buying skills to direct media planning / buying team to ensure the most effective use of budget to achieve marketing objectives. - Produce regular reports and documentation for management. - Lead social media activity. The successful candidate should be a digital marketing expert with at least 3 years experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
