Job DescriptionDesignation Marketing Coordinator Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Formulate plans and strategies for new launches, deals of the day, big sales, festival offers and events etcCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Evaluate emerging technologies.Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption wherever necessary.Plan and execute marketing activities and promotions on etail platforms.Liaison with top 3 etail platform; and simultaneously develop the smaller ones like Paytm, Shopclues, ezone, etc.Listing of products on etail platform as per Company standards.Regularly monitor product listing on etail platforms.Responsible for Marketing activities like Banners, images, Innovative media, rich content, reviews on etail platforms.Reach out to top reviewers on major etail platforms and driving traffic on focus-product pages.Gather sales out data from etail platforms.Reporting and analysis on ads, sales, CTR, CPC and ROI.Exploring opportunities for brand stores/ brand pages on various sites to highlight "genuine", "authentic" presence on the sties.Working closely with etail partners, monitoring stock levels, sales out, help them sync with correct product pages.Coordinate with internal team so as to get right product listed and highlighted on each platform.Working with marcom team on the various promotion and link it back to etailRequirements Proven working experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaignsStrong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaignsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Education Qualification Graduate or MBA in Maketing. Experience More than 4 yearsReporting to Marketing Director, IndiaCTC Upto 6.0 6.5 Lac (Fixed)Based Location Mumbai
