Plan and manage large scale document review projects from end-to-end, handling all operational and logistical aspects, including site set-up and operations; train clients and teams on privilege and substantive document reviews and review platforms; interview, build, train and mentor review teamBring to bear extensive SME knowledge of the use of technology to support document review efforts, including technology assisted review, as well as comparative strengths of various platforms and methodologiesDraw on this knowledge to advise and support clients on strategic document review solutions, and on the discovery processManage project documentation, as well as metrics and project status reportingSupport the sales team in selling eDiscovery services to clients, including responding to RFXs, attending sales meetings and preparing presentations and other collateral requested by the sales or marketing teamsSupport the service team in issue resolution and exception handling, ensuring that substantive issues are resolved in a defensible, documented mannerEnsure all deliverable are completed with highest level of qualityManage budgets, billing and project expensesManage third party vendors as needed for preservation and collection, processing, hosting, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI)ExperienceMinimum 8 years experience with project management or operations of electronic discovery or document reviewSuperb communication and client service skillsExcellent people management experienceSkills for SuccessThorough knowledge of the litigation process, e-discovery, and electronic document preservationStrong technical skills including familiarity with leading review platformsAbility to quickly master new litigation softwareSolid experience with project management best practices and toolsUnderstanding of corporate and law firm IT infrastructureCan coordinate multiple projects in multiple locationsAbility to travel and work internationallyAre effective at consulting with clients to identify the most efficient approach for their needsCan solve problems in a way that instils client confidence, wins repeat business and generates excellent referralsAre highly driven and able to motivate a diverse staff, ensuring project deadlines and budget are metExtremely professional and customer service oriented, including with internal and external clients and colleaguesTechnical SkillsLeading review platforms Relativity, Attenex, Ringtail, CS Disco, Servient, Concordance, Case Central, Lateral Data and RecommindQualificationsGraduate, LLB or equivalent experienceMBA preferredPMP certification preferred.
