Drive high maturity PM practices aligned with HBT NPI & PAC processes to deliver world class performance on 4 ONs Drive Program Management Excellence for NPI execution Manage Effective Program Management Office. Manage PM competency through PM Academy and other initiatives for functional excellence Drive maturity in cross functional effectiveness between COE, SBUs and other stakeholders Lead operations management in alignment with the HTS HBT LeaderMOS & ReportingDesign, deploy and facilitate the MOS for the HTS HBT Engineering. Ensures strong alignment with HOS Gold Enterprise initiative, implementing necessary processes and managing relevant data Design, deploy and facilitate MORs/ BDWs Establish and manage RAILs Drive Management Reporting MOS aligned with HTS and Global HBT requirements Conduct periodic data analysis to enable baseline assessments and goal setting exercises (GBE analysis, Heat Maps, deep dives into specific initiatives, CoEs or CoPs, etc.). Track productivity improvementsContinuous Improvement Culture Drive HOS, Agile, CMMi practices tied to NPI outcomes & ACS Metrics & HOS GBE alignment Educate / train teams on MOS elements (e.g. Standard Work, Leader Standard Work) Design Tier Mtgs. Structure / metrics; provide input to IT tools Responsible for OD activities to align HBT changes with HTS Optimizing internal HTS activities to avoid duplication of effort, skills etc across the three sitesData, Tools, SystemThis leader with convert HBT EOPS business strategies into process and system deployments as applicable at HTS. Will be accountable to drive metrics, process and systems commonality convergence between HBT Engineering & HTS. Will be the custodian of HTS HBT data integrity across HTS engineering across the 3 HTS locations in consistent with global HBT Data strategies Ensures deployment of a robust system for NPI related measurements at HTS consistent with HBT metrics. Ensures accurate Time Reporting system data quality for right measurement Coordinates deployment of standard HBT tools for process, portfolio and project management. Ensure data and engineering process consistency and commonality Ensure maximum automation of operational tasks to ensure more engineering leadership time is available for driving growth and execution focusPeopleDeploy differentiated skills strategies and drive appropriate competency strategies tied to STRAP & location strategies Manages Differentiated Skills Management System for HTS HBT Manages SIOP Process Manage ODC (Offshore Development Center) partners Manage CDO (Competency development office)Strategy & AOP development & deploymentCoordinate definition and communicate a common framework for the STRAP development and deployment Ensure alignment with HBT Footprint strategy Supports development and deployment of HTS HBT STRAP and AOP Provides right analysis and metrics for STRAP and AOP Collaborate with leadership in consolidating one single HBT@HTS STRAP tracking for progress and alignment Drive development of Annual Operating Plan and quarterly adjustments to plan in collaboration with FinanceQualificationsBachelor s degree (Masters degree / MBA preferred) Minimum of 15 to 20 years experience with predominant exposure to software development through all stages of life cycle Min 5 years experience in leading PMO and/or Ops functions with min 2 years at director level or equivalentExcellent communication and leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among stakeholdersProven ability to energize and develop people, drive change, and work with global cross functional teams
