The Role is Global in nature supporting the 4 Businesses in Honeywell in meeting their Business Objectives.The purpose of the position is two fold Transitions and Transformation. On the Transition side the key aspect is to implement the Finance operating model across SBGs and Acqusitions Globally so the Businesses can perform more effectively and efficiently. Ensuring Standards starting from the Approach of the Site Assessments, to the acutal Transitions. In the Transformation space the role ensures complete allignment with the Functional GPO s from Design, Integration and Implementation at all the Finance sub functions. The role supports the GPOs with Solution Design and program management support to Implement the Big T Transformation Projects for the Organization to achive its objectives. Understand the Organizational and Business Priorities and Allignment accordinglyHelp the Businesses drive Business Projects which Impact the bottom lineOne of the key responsibilities include drive the Acquistions Integration and Spin off projects to meet Business and Org ObjectivesHelp Optimize the Finance Foot print of the Organization by Implementing the Finance Operating Model across BusinessesPlan and Manage all Transitions GFC/RFC/Controllership/AcquisitionsPlan and manage all site assessments. (Deploy Finance Standards FOM). Plan and Provide strong support to all GPOs to Deliver the Transformation Project to ensure Standards across all FunctionsReviewing process improvement projectsCoaching and resolving people issues within and among teamsProviding resources to team, both human and financialCoordinating with process owners to provide smooth hands offOptimize efficiency and effectiveness through process and capabilities enhancements Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the goals of the organizationPrioritize Projects and Initiatives with Senior LeadershipIdentify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risksDevelop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organizationDevelop and imlement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the programDevelop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvementDevelop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of servicesEnsure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organizationEnsure there is a Standard Transition and Transformation Approach with Std Templates across the Functions/TeamsCollaborate with GPO s/SBGs to understand their priorities and Integrate with PMO goalsLay out the Program Roadmap and Deliverables at each Stage of the ProgramProgram Manage the Small T and Big T projects such that the Overall Transformation Roadmap is achieved and drive Standards across SBG sEnsure that the program operate within the approved budgetMonitor and approve all budgeted program expendituresManage the Project teams GloballyManage Team managers and members, provide Guidance and Direction as required to build a Highly Skilled and High output teamEnsure all team members receive appropriate training in accordance with organizational standardsCommunicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain support for the program and to solicit input to improve the programLiaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program deliveryCoordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency Qualifications Bachelors in CommerceMBA from a Reputed Institution12 to 15 years of OverallExperince8 to 10 years of hardcore Project/Program management experience Excellent Communication skills, Knowledge of Honeywell Finance Operating ModelAbility to manage Global ProgramsManage multiple stake holders and PrioritiesExposure of working in a Shared Service Enviornment
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
