Transformation. On the Transition side the key aspect is to implement the Finance operating model across SBG's and Acqusitions Globally so the Businesses can perform more effectively and efficiently. Ensuring Standards starting from the Approach of the Site Assessments, to the acutal Transitions. In the Transformation space the role ensures complete allignment with the Functional GPO's from Design, Integration and Implementation at all the Finance sub functions. The role supports the GPO's with Solution Design and program management support to Implement the Big T Transformation Projects for the Organization to achive its objectives." "Understand the Organizational and Business Priorities and Allignment accordingly Help the Businesses drive Business Projects which Impact the bottom line One of the key responsibilities include drive the Acquistions Integration and Spin off projects to meet Business and Org Objectives Help Optimize the Finance Foot print of the Organization by Implementing the Finance Operating Model across Businesses Plan and Manage all Transitions - GFC/RFC/Controllership/Acquisitions Plan and manage all site assessments. (Deploy Finance Standards FOM). Plan and Provide strong support to all GPOs to Deliver the Transformation Project to ensure Standards across all Functions Reviewing process improvement projects Coaching and resolving people issues within and among teams Providing resources to team, both human and financial Coordinating with process owners to provide smooth hands off Optimize efficiency and effectiveness through process and capabilities enhancements" "Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the goals of the organization Prioritize Projects and Initiatives with Senior Leadership Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization Develop and imlement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization Ensure there is a Standard Transition and Transformation Approach with Std Templates across the Functions/Teams "Collaborate with GPO's/SBG's to understand their priorities and Integrate with PMO goals Lay out the Program Roadmap and Deliverables at each Stage of the Program Program Manage the Small T and Big T projects such that the Overall Transformation Roadmap is achieved and drive Standards across SBG's Ensure that the program operate within the approved budget Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures Manage the Project teams Globally Manage Team managers and members, provide Guidance and Direction as required to build a Highly Skilled and High output team Ensure all team members receive appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency"""Bachelors in Commerce MBA from a Reputed Institution 12 to 15 years of OverallExperince 8 to 10 years of hardcore Project/Program management experience" "Excellent Communication skills, Knowledge of Honeywell Finance Operating Model Ability to manage Global Programs Manage multiple stake holders and Priorities Exposure of working in a Shared Service Enviornment
