Job Details

Develop strategic plans for setting up shared services center for assigned finance/accounting activities.Identify opportunities and setup policies, procedures, workflow and controls to transition appropriate P2P, T&E processing, OM and FP&A servicesPartner with stakeholders to obtain complete understanding of existing processes, formulate a shared services strategy for transition of appropriate activities and design policies, processes and controls to support transitionPartner with Global Sourcing function to support and integrate the sourcing function as a key component of global P2P processesIdentify opportunities for policy and process improvements and cost savings in P2P and T&E spend processingImplement best practices processing metrics to monitor, manage and improve quality & efficiencyProvide support to the team in Bangalore for the expansion of India operationsProactively monitor and evaluate process improvement opportunities, provide analysis and communicate appropriately to stakeholdersCoordinate and partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver best practice strategies and communicationsFoster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundariesRequirements10 + years of relevant work experience (Chartered Accountancy training preferred) and/or a Bachelors or Master Degree7+ years of strong experience planning, implementing and managing shared finance/accounting services and familiar with design, operation and controls needed to manage core processes related to P2P, T&E, OM and FP&A functionsExpertise in process analysis, documentation, improvement and automationStrong computer and data analysis skills using ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, relationship building, influencing, persuasion, presentation, conflict resolution and business analysis skills.Consistently demonstrates high integrity combined with good business judgement and strives to identify, recommend and select the best overall solutionKeen appreciation of the needs of Infoblox as a publicly traded US company to ensure the absolute integrity of internal controls over all finance/accounting activities that can affect the completeness and accuracy of its financial reportingBe a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Must be willing to work on one s own initiative and must be focused on achieving goalsAttention to detail with the ability to present/articulate analytical results and facilitate decision-makingWillingness to travel this is a global position and will require frequent travel from
