Job Responsibilities 1. BusinessDevelops a business plan for the areas to open new branches and ensures that AMs/ PMs conducts area surveys and open branches in co-ordination with Admin & HR.Sets goals for business growth (disbursement & loan outstanding) of new branches & CRSs and monitors them monthly, through AMs. Responsible for portfolio quality and customer service.The PM opens up 5-6 branches and takes over the AM role, if found suitable for the position. Till that time, DM is responsible for managing the branches and ensuring that branch reaches all its targets successfully.Maintains complete information of competition operating in the area.Ensures that AMs are managing the collection of each branch on a day-to-day basis and ensures the follow-up for over dues immediately, first through CRMs, then through AM or PM and then personally.Resolves Hard Core over dues (90+ days) with the assistance of Fraud Control.Builds customer interaction through meetings, functions & training programs and develops a customer-oriented organization.Co-ordinates with Parinaam foundation to extend microfinance plus programs for the customers.Prepares & circulates a monthly Dash Board consolidated for the entire area along with all the branches and single page Update Report (Achievements/Issues/Plans for next month). 2. FinancialPrepares budget for new financial year for the branches in co-ordination with the CRMs & AMs.Responsible for the profitability of the branches & the region.Responsible for monthly performance evaluation of branches through the monthly CRM meeting put in immediate control measures on potential deteriorating branches.3. PeopleResponsible for recruitment, training & development, performance management, communication, staff interaction, motivation/mentoring & retention of the entire team under supervision in co-ordination with HR Department.Ensures reference check to be completed by AM for all the branch staff. CRMs reference check will be done directly by the DM.Ensures direct person to person contact with all staff on a quarterly basis.Attends monthly meeting at each AM level with CRMs to review the monthly performance for each CRS & branch and sets goals for the next month.Attends CRS Representative Meetings and helps resolves their problems. 4. Monitoring & ControlDevelops a method of monitoring branch & field level processes implementation as outlined in the Field Manual and Policy Memorandums.Coordinates with the Audit department to audit the branches and ensures that corrective actions have been implemented at the branches through AMs and PMs, ensures audit compliance on all field related operations.Branch securityHands on co-ordination with Admin/ fraud control department on any fraud/ branch break ins/ branch destruction etc., and ensure follow up and resolution of casesPhysical security of staff, branch and cashIs the key contact person in times of crisis and is a member of the Leadership Team and HR Committee for the region.
