This role is expected to lead Indirect Channel or Distribution team across segments for India & Subcontinent. A deep understanding of competitive landscape and backed with strong analytical skills to be the pre requisites for the role. The Distribution team is expected to lead team of Distributors across the segments, assign geographical locations / boundaries, implement SLAs and support Distributors on growing secondary market, improve Reach and promote the strong brand of Huntsman across segments / users. Monitoring and maintaining the opportunity funnel for the distributors and ensuring the maximum conversion of opportunities and drive growth in market share to be the key to success of this role. Choice of right distributors screening them on their financial strengths with help of credit teams, seeking distributors who would be the right partners of choice for our brand and ready to invest as required, would entail major portion of this role. Choosing distributors who can carry the Huntsman flagship and ensure the right velocity in the market on credit would make this RTM profitable. Training, engaging, coaching and motivating the distributors and their team through periodic reviews, visits to their customers would be the key to this role. Compliance in all respects to be the core for Distributor management and this role is expected to work closely with Legal team to ensure the necessary legal and compliance procedures / documents are in place.
