Develop and manage a team of SAs to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targetsManage profitability and risk of your network and maintain good relationships with dealers andshop staffDevelop your assigned area with new POS openingsHire, train and develop your teamRegularly (daily/weekly/monthly) review targets with team and drive them towards consistentachievement through constructive feedbackVisit all active POSes within territory on a weekly basis (including satellite)Meet the dealer/store manager and discuss performance / issues / plansVerify issues indicated in DSM report and take appropriate actionReview customer checking mechanisms, set high standards and standardize best practicesReview market trends, competitor tactics and take appropriate actionDevelop tactical marketing plans and effectively utilize marketing material for lead generationand customer conversion
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
