Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop plan to achieve monthly target with Area Sales Managerand set daily / weekly /monthly targets for his teamDevelop and maintain profitable relationship with Retailers (Consumer Durable and Two-Wheeler) and store staff; ensure that values and instructions of Company are not misrepresented or misunderstoodRegularly (daily/weekly/monthly) review targets with team and drive them towards consistent achievement through constructive feedbackOpen new POS and achieve POS opening targetsEnsure no mis-selling /mis-commitment occurs at any POS.Develop tactical marketing plans and effectively utilize marketing material for lead generation and customer conversionDaily call to SA & Morning meeting with SA; Open new POS (Dealership)Sales target achievement. Monitor, verify and consolidate the request of POSM at POSes; Go to e-learning, learn and do required tests; Send visit reports to Collection Admin 3 times per weekDesired Candidate Graduate + 24 months of sales management experienceTwo Wheeler is Mandatory.Field job.Supervisory skills ability to coach, mentor and inspireShould be well-versed with Local language and good Command in EnglishComputer literacy internet, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint PresentationConfidence with verbal presentation, medium to Advanced Selling CapabilitiesWilling to travel and work long hoursResult orientation ability to set and review targetsMarket knowledge overall knowledge of market and competitorsRelationship building skills ability to develop and manage relationships with dealers
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
