Job Details

1. To achieve sales target of the district2. To plan and set sales targets of Sales Associates reporting to him/her3. To identify business opportunities in the district and prepare proposals for acquisition of new POS (Point of Sales)4. To meet target of new POS acquisition in the district5. To prepare Weekly POS Visit Plan and visit them accordingly6. To manage retailer relationships and to develop local sales network7. To do competitor analysis and be aware of market trends and performance8. To manage a team of Sales Associates, monitor, motivate and improve their performance9. To conduct daily sales meetings at pre decided locations to foster positive thinking and share best practices10. To review performance of Sales Associates.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
