Achievement of his budget with minimum contribution of 75% through power brands.Involve all his team leaders in formulating effective business oriented strategies and other key decisions related to themClosely monitor/track the activities of his immediate subordinates and intervene immediately in case of any serious issues.Ensuring 95% and above customer coverage.Should have close rapport with 100 KOLs and try to take business of Rs. 50,000 and above per KOL per month.Ensure prescription-driven healthy business, less dependency on dispensing, with least expiry returns below 0.5% of salesInternally identify and develop talent for elevation to next positions at the right time span of minimum 2-3 yearsData analysis and data management, necessary timely corrections with weekly follow upsExperience - 10 to 20 years of experience. Exposure of handling East is a must. Experience handling Oncology therapeutic segment.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: 10-15
